From time to time, I feel a bit frustrated when getting entangled in daily life, and I forget to disconnect, be in silence so I can hear my thoughts and feel the emotions so I can make the right decisions for me, taking my next step.
My brain has to filter others’ opinions on what’s right and wrong, and as it’s easily overloaded if I’m not daily taking a timeout in silence. My favorite ’silencers’ are the morning meditation/yoga for 20 minutes and my daily walk. This keeps me sane and connected to make decisions that are based on my inner and profound knowledge. A knowledge that evolves continuously, both consciously and unconsciously, and is called life experience.
Only I will and may walk in my shoes. I’m the only one with the whole picture, consciously and unconsciously, and I act on that. It might seem non-logical to bystanders, but it’s irrelevant since they don’t have the whole picture.
I have to follow my Tao to be in inner peace and happily move along, enjoying life. And that’s what I’ve also found to be the meaning of life, to enjoy it. <3
